Temecula Engagement Photography // Old Mill Murrieta
There is nothing more flattering and heartwarming than rolling to a wedding and seeing your engagement session on display. I dont care how cool / established you are as a photographer… or how long you’ve been doing this. It’ll never be something that goes away cause as an artist there is an awesome sense of satisfaction, joy and validation among other things that comes from knowing that your couple LOVED their photos enough to put them on display for all to see. Sometimes its small prints scattered about the reception, sometimes its an album, an enlargement, a slideshow on a huge projector screen taking up a whole wall somewhere… OR in this case a whole row of LCD screens inlay-ed along in the wall of a darkish tunnel leading into the reception. The execution was stellar and when I first saw it, well, it stopped me in my tracks. It even served as a reminder that I hadn’t even remembered to post the shoot on our blog yet.
Well… now at that is about to change. This is Shirley and Tim and the fabulous Murrieta engagement shoot we did out at the Old Schoolhouse/ Old Mill. It was dark and moody and we even scored a nice random rainbow to toss in over their heads. This shoot was freakin fabulous, as was the wedding. That story is to be continued… for now take a look at the engagement photos we grabbed on this gem of a day.
