Fallbrook Picnic Engagement Shoot ! Myrtle Creek Nursery
What a fabulous engagement shoot! Let me just open up with the save the date sequence we shot of Samuel and Hillary.
How much fun was that!? Thats the kind of save the date I wanna get in the mail! My kind of people. Ok, so we rocked this engagement shoot in Fallbrook at The Myrtle Creek Nursery. Never been there before but it was a great surprise! Lots of textures and colors offered endless shooting spots. Every nook and cranny of the place was a winner and we ended the shoot by rocking a nice little picnic. We did our thing and let them be their playful sweet selves and we came up with one of my favorite engagement sets to date. Check it out!
And now, picnic time! I LOVE it! We have had some really creative shoots happening recently and while its ALWAYS about personalities and energy+love of our couple… its nice to have the option of thoughtful props and details to add to the mix. In this case a little cake n lemonade + a blanket to snuggle on /under.
Such a great shoot! Hillary and Samuel, you guys are too awesome and Jess and I are REALLLY looking forward to your wedding!!!

Hey Guys, This is Bob Hicks - Hillary's Dad. First time I've seen this.. Great job, we are so excited that you folks are shooting the wedding. We are putting together a VENDOR page (we are calling it PARTNERS) on Hillary & Samuel's wedding website. I don't have a picture of you two or something that you'd like to see on that page (or maybe you'd rather be left off?? (hope not)). If you could send me something I'd appreciate it. Also, your pictures are already highlighted quite a bit around this website, we're not using them inappropriately are we??? Let me know - we wanna play by the rules! Thanks, Bob

What time did you do this shoot to get the lighting from the sun?

This was an awesome set that I very much enjoyed. TONS of great shots, especially that second shot after the text break where it looks as though you were shooting through a beaver dam or something weird. I was a little confused why they had name tags on their glasses of passion fruit iced-tea, but I turn my cap on my beers to the left so I don't drink the wrong beer so I guess it must have had some function similar to that. HIGH FIVES!
