Big Bear Engagement !
Camping. Fishing. Marshmallows. OH MY !! I have been looking forward to blogging this Big Bear engagement for a while… however not nearly as long as I had been looking forward to photographing it. We initially met with Ruth and Josh up in Redlands and were stoked. We were able to just sit and bounce ideas around talking as friends do [not like we were being interviewed] it was great. Ruth is a lover of photography and as you can see with this shoot she put time and thought into not only the location, concept but the details. LOVE IT!
So we hopped in the car and headed up to the Big Bear / Jenks Lake area, a favorite camping fishing spot for them. Literally just a day in the life, except for the fact that when they go camping Im pretty sure they pack a real tent and dont search for branches to drape a blanket over ;) We let them play and have their fun while we documented the day. Turned out great… naturals in front of the camera they let us climb through bushes and run across logs to cross the river. No poison oak, ivy, needles or anything. Hard to believe it, you should have seen me trekking chest high through bushes making my own trail [all for the sake of the photo] and it was totally worth it. Now I wait in anticipation for the wedding :)
Fun stuff huh!? yep. Love my job… just another day in the life of a couple of Temecula Wedding Photographers

I am lucky enough to actually know Ruth (although I have not met her fiance), and these pictures capture her beautiful spirit, inside and out. I am so happy she has met a man that treats her like the wonderful woman she is. I love your photography and hope to plan a wedding soon so that you can take my pictures as well! Absolutely beautiful.
