Wedding At Temecula Creek Inn Stone House
It doesnt get much better than this. Just another day in the life of Temecula Wedding Photographer duo, Inner Song, and this time our adventure takes place just a few minutes from our pad. Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!! And I’m comin out to say it. I freakin love the Stonehouse. Its got a charm to it… all unsuspecting and isolated up against the rolling hills of Temecula Creek Inns golf course. Its old, historical and shoots well nestled among the oaks. Its exactly the opposite of what you’d expect when a couple says they are getting married at a golf course, which is a GREAT thing!! But shhhhhhhhhhhhhh! for real.. lets not let the cat out of the bag completely. This is kinda a secret in the valley and I’d like to keep it that way ;)
Even though this wedding happened months ago… I remember the car drive home. My car may have been using gas but I was driving on pure stoke… and going over a mental checklist in my head I realized there were soooo many things that made the day what it was. Aside from a kick ass crew of people on the vendor side that day, we had:
- A fabulous venue √
- A bride and groom that were clearly smitten √
- Tears! Laughter! and straight up emotions coming from every direction √
- A crew of family and friends that seriously thrive on the party √
- PARTY booth! to give those dancing feet a break √
and the thing I thrive on the most… total creative control. Yeeeeeeeaahh it was pretty fantastic, yet after our engagement session in OC, I would NOT have imagined today any other way :)
** IMPORTANT NOTE: The girls and guys rented out the cottage up front of the property and it made for REALLY great getting ready pics. If any of you brides to be stumble across this take notes :) The house has two separate areas so that the guys can have a cool man cave area to hang and play games in while you girls have a bright, spacious house to all spread out in. Keeps it all in the same place and makes for really great pics.
!!! INTERMISSION !!!
I was hangin with the guys for getting ready… Jess has the girls. So I wasnt here for this sequence below, however, after sorting through these photos I was laughing wayyyyyy too hard not to include this…
Im not sure whos fault this is. I going with the facility for scheduling sprinklers to go off in the middle of the day when guests are around. Probably not the first time its happened either. Fortunately nobody was totally drenched in the process ;) Lets do a play by play below..
So I can only assume this first frame went something like “hey, go stand over there…”
When suddenly a sprinkler head pops up… this frame is perfectly timed. Darlene is STILL smiling, totally unaware.
This next frame shes realized the danger element and has made a dash for safety, bouquet in one hand… dress in the other.
Baahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahaa!! Lesson learned. Stay off the grass ;p
Totally looking forward to getting back out to Temecula Creek Inn to rock the cam again!
